Spaceship Jigsaw

Spaceship Jigsaw adds a small economy to the usual picture puzzle. The images are of spacecraft, the pieces are moved with the mouse, and solving a board earns you in-game money. That money is then spent to buy the next pictures, so the collection opens up as you play rather than all at once.

Each picture comes with three modes, and they are not equal. The hardest mode brings in more money than the others, which gives you a real reason to step up the difficulty: a tough board pays for the next picture faster. If you prefer an easier pace, the lower modes still move you forward, just more slowly.

The description presents puzzle solving as relaxing and rewarding, a way to keep your brain sharp, and the purchase loop fits that. There is always a next image to work towards, and choosing which ship to buy becomes a small decision of its own between boards.

1. Pick a picture that is available to you.
2. Choose one of its three modes.
3. Drag the pieces into the right positions with the mouse.
4. Spend the money you earn to purchase another picture.

Once you are comfortable with the pieces, switch to the hardest mode. It pays more, so each new picture is unlocked in fewer boards.
