One king per coloured region, and rules that decide where it can stand.
Kingdom Puzzle is a relaxing brain game where you see a grid with different colored regions. Your goal is to place one king in each region while following the rules. Each region can have only one king, and kings cannot be in the same row or column. They also cannot be next to each other, meaning the nearest tiles must be empty. To win the level, you must place all kings correctly. Placing a king in the wrong spot reduces your points.

How to Play
- Identify the region with the fewest legal cells.
- Place a king there and mark what it rules out.
- Work outward through the regions that are now constrained.
- Fill every region to complete the board.
Tips & Tricks
Mark the cells you have ruled out rather than only the ones you have filled. On a constraint board the negative information is what solves it.
Frequently Asked Questions
How many kings go in each region?
Exactly one, and the placement rules decide which cell it can occupy — that combination is what makes the board solvable by deduction.
Is there always one correct answer?
Yes. The constraints resolve to a single arrangement, so a board that will not finish means an earlier placement was wrong.
