Overflowing Palette

Overflowing Palette is a colour flood puzzle. Each level shows a board of tiles, you pick colours one at a time, and those choices spread across the board. The goal is to have every tile filled before the move counter reaches zero. The challenge is less about speed than about order: the right colour at the wrong moment can waste a move you will need later.

The levels do not all play the same way. According to the description, there are plenty of them and they bring different mechanics, so the basic idea of flooding the board gets bent in new directions as you go. If the move counter feels like pressure, an endless mode removes it entirely and lets you play just to watch the colour take over.

The feature most puzzle players will notice is the level editor. You can create your own boards and share them, which turns the game from a fixed set of stages into something other players keep adding to.

How to Play

  1. Study the board and the number of moves you have.
  2. Pick a colour to flood part of the board.
  3. Keep choosing colours until every tile is filled.
  4. Try endless mode or the editor when you want a change.

Tips & Tricks

Count before you click. On a level with a tight move limit, plan the last two or three colours first and work backwards to the opening choice.
