Puzzle Games respects intellectual property rights. This page describes how to submit a DMCA takedown notice and our response process.
What we host. The games are not stored on this site. They are served by third-party distribution platforms, or directly by their publishers, and shown here in an embedded frame. A complaint can also go to the platform that hosts the file, but we act on our side regardless.
Sending a notice. Write to admin@puzzlegamesonlinefree.com with “DMCA” in the subject line. A notice needs: identification of the work you say has been infringed; the address of the page on this site where it appears; your contact details; a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law; a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or are authorised to act for them; and your physical or electronic signature.
What we do. On receiving a complete notice we promptly remove or disable the material identified and tell you what we have done. A disputed game is taken down first; the correspondence continues afterwards.
Counter-notice. If you believe material was removed by mistake, reply to the same address with an explanation and the address of the removed page. Material taken down in error is restored.
Repeat infringement. Material that is the subject of repeated valid complaints is removed permanently rather than reinstated.
