Extreme Baseball

Extreme Baseball turns a pitch into a puzzle. Each level puts a set of opponents somewhere on the screen, and you aim and release a baseball to knock them out. A straight throw is the obvious move, but the game is built to reward something smarter.

That smarter option is the ricochet. The ball can bounce off the walls, and a well-planned angle can knock out multiple enemies in one attempt. Levels also contain objects that change what a throw does: glass, wooden boxes, TNT, buttons and moving platforms are all listed in the description, so working out how the ball will interact with each of them is part of lining up a shot.

Baseball cards are there to be collected, and picking them up raises your score, which gives a reason to replay a level you have already cleared. A tutorial teaches the ropes at the start, so the bounce-angle idea is explained before the real levels begin.

Controls

Drag with the mouse or a finger to aim, then release to throw.

How to Play

  1. Aim the baseball at the opponents on screen.
  2. Use the walls to plan a bounce that reaches more than one enemy.
  3. Release the throw and watch how it reacts to glass, boxes, TNT and platforms.
  4. Collect baseball cards along the way to raise your score.

Tips & Tricks

Trace the bounce in your head before releasing. One angle that clips two enemies is usually tidier than two separate straight throws.
